Orders are accepted by email or through our online store. All orders will be confirmed via phone or email.
All prices are F.O.B. 10X CHEM's shipping point.
Products cannot be returned for credit or replaced if due to a customer's error. Please contact our customer service department at [email protected] for resolution of any problems or errors involving an order.
All products offered by 10X CHEM are intended only for laboratory research and analytical use. They are not for human or veterinary use. They should be used only by technically-qualified individuals or those under their direct supervision.
10X CHEM uses reasonable efforts in order to avoid infringement of third party patent claims, however, it is important for all buyers and end-users to perform their own intellectual property search and understand the restrictions for use in their area.
10X CHEM makes no warranty of any kind, expressed or implied, which extends beyond the description of the chemicals herein, except that the material will meet our specifications at the time of delivery. Buyer's exclusive remedy and 10X CHEM's sole liability hereunder shall be limited to refund of the purchase price of, or at 10X CHEM's option, the replacement of all material that does not meet our specifications. 10X CHEM shall not be liable otherwise or for incidental or consequential damages, including, but not limited to, the costs of handling. Said refund or replacement is conditioned on buyer giving written notice to 10X CHEM within seven (7) days after arrival of the material at its destination. Failure of buyer to give said notice within said seven (7) days shall constitute a waiver by buyer of all claims hereunder with respect to said material.
Payment
We accept credit card, bank transfer/wire transfer and checks (checks from US customers only). Bank fees and wire transfer fees are not to be deducted from invoice amount.

Domestic
Domestic orders will be shipped via Standard Overnight Delivery (not available to all locations) by default. Other shipping options selected by customer will only be granted under conditions that will ensure the quality of the product.

HazMat Fee
If you order a hazardous compound, there will be a HazMat fee per item to ship a dangerous good, unless one of the following is true:
① The package is shipped via FedEx Ground
② Each bottle is in Excepted Quantity, which is up to 1g for class 6.1 packing group I or II, and up to 25g for all other HazMat items we have.
The HazMat fee will be charged to your account by the courier if it is shipped on your FedEx/DHL account, and will be added to the invoice otherwise. Below is the fee schedule of FedEx for HazMat:
